Chalet Truman is a delightful 4-bedroom chalet nestled in the tranquil hamlet of Les Albertans. It is a 5 minute walk from Montriond Lake and a 4 minute drive to the Ardent Ski lift providing access to the Portes Du Soleil ski domain accessing Avoriaz, Chatel, Les Croset, Morzine, Les Gets and the quiet Roc D'Enfer just a 15 minute drive away.

Meet The Owners
Welcome to our cozy chalet! We’re Steve and Annie, and along with our three grown children and our slightly crazy cocker spaniel, Inca, we’ve turned this 200 year old goat shepherd's hut into our second home.
Whether it’s hitting the slopes in winter, exploring hiking trails in summer, or enjoying the beautiful Lac de Montriond, this area has always meant a lot to us.

We had a fantastic time staying in this beautiful chalet before Christmas. It is rustic, cozy and situated in a peaceful spot by the lake and woods. Perfect for a fireside relaxation, with a glass of wine, after exploring the incredible Alps. A short drive to the Ardent cable car takes you into the heart of the Portes Du Soleil, which is very convenient. We had the best time here and can’t wait to stay again!

What makes Chalet Truman truly special, though, is its proximity to the idyllic Lac de Montriond. The beautiful lake path is as suited to a morning run as it is an evening stroll, and in the summer the lake itself is a popular site for wild-swimming, paddle-boarding and kayaking.
